February 2 - Groundhog Day (North America)
For those of you who live in North America, talk to Tortimer and he will give you the Resetti model. If you have a friend who lives in North America, feel free to stop by their town in order to receive this item.
February 3 - Bean Day (Japan)
On this day, people in Japan celebrate the new year by throwing roasted beans at their houses, temples, or shrines. This symbolizes a sort of cleansing of the house, and bringing luck in for the coming days. For those of you who live in Japan, talk to Tortimer and he will give you either a blue ogre mask or a red ogre mask. If you have a friend who lives in Japan, feel free to stop by at their town so you can receive one of the two masks.
February 9 - Fishing Tourney
Time to fish, fish, fish! After you catch a fish today, bring it to Chip for him to examine. If you manage to catch the biggest fish of the day, you'll win a trophy!
February 11 - Festivale
Let the Festivale begin! If you happen to wear a unified outfit or something from Gracie Grace from the start, your villagers will give you a piece of candy. To keep getting candy, talk to your villagers as they roam around. They will start playing a game with you randomly. There are five games to play with your villagers: soccer, rock-paper-scissors, toss the coin, ESP test, and guess which hand. If you win any of these games, you will receive a candy from the villager. If you lose, you will have to give them a candy (or 500 bells.) Once you get three pieces of the same colored candy, talk to Pave in front of the town hall. After you give him a set of three pieces, he'll give you an item of furniture from the Pave Series. You can try to continue this to get the whole set!
February 14 - Valentine's Day
On this day, you will receive a "love" letter from one of your villagers, along with a chocolate heart. Plus, stop by The Roost for some special hot chocolate from Brewster!
February 24 - Flea Market
Time to sell some old stuff to your villagers! Don't forget to stop by their houses to buy something that you really want.

February 4-9 - Bright Nights
Starting Monday, you are the judge of Bright Nights! You will be judging each villager's house and decide which is decorated best. Then, speak to Tortimer and vote for the winner throughout the week until Saturday. On Sunday, the results will be out. Find the villager who won and tell them.
